Club and Chapter Structure

With central office base in Shanghai, SCMClub is operated with a board of director and a board of advisor.  Each geographic location has local chapter directed by the chapter president.   Board of advisor is formed by invited experts in the field, and advise on the professional content and direction of the club, as well as helping to link up resources.  Board of director consiste of chapter presidents, establishs principle and executes Club's operation.   Local chapter is run by president, with help from the chapter committee.  Chapter activities are lead by rotating chairperson.  Committee member and rotating chairperson are volunteers of active members.
