Register for Exams  Candidate must pass C.P.M. exams, which are consist of 4 modules, all in English. All Chinese candidates should take computer exams, which are done at Prometric Technology Centers and can be scheduled at your convenience. Currently there are more than 10 locations in Shanghai, and many other across China. Saturday, evening or Sunday hours may be available at some locations (please plan to schedule in advance during the months of October - December as the test centers fill quickly at the end of the year). Please keep in mind of the follow: In order to take the exams, you must complete a registration form: www.ism.ws/Certification/Onlineforms.cfm. You can also register by mail, fax, or by phone (800/888-6276, ext. 401 or +1-480-752-6276, ext. 401). Your exam registration is valid for one year from the day ISM processes your registration. Payment is required in advance. Decide which module to take. You may register for more than 1 exams, and take them consecutively. Fee must be paid for each module, including those that you failed and must retake. To register for exam you may one of the following method: -- If you have a credit card that can be charged for US dollar, you may register directly at ISM website to Register Online; -- SCMC may help you to register. You can download a Registration Form from ISM website, fill it out, and submit it to SCMC along with payment (in equivalent Chinese Yuan = USD x 9, plus 10% handling fee) for process. After you register, you'll receive a confirmation email from ISM, and should include the following content: -- instructions for scheduling an appointment with the Prometric Technology Center -- Candidate ID number; -- Notice Voucher Within 48 hours, you can access Prometric Exam webpagewww.2test.com to schedule the test at a center nearest you. Contact the Prometric center to confirm test time. Importance: Make sure to arrive for test 30 minutes prior to starting time. You can still cancel or change the appointment. Otherwise, you'll forfeit the right. You will not be allowed to take the test and considered forfeit if you are late for more than 30 minutes. Takeing the Exam Things you should bring: -- ISM Candidate ID Number -- Personal ID (name must match with the name you used to register for exam) Recommended: A non-programmable calculator (with the exception of paper tapes) is allowed in the room; no other aids, such as scratch paper, are allowed. The computer center will provide you scratch paper or an erasable board on request. Ask the test administrator before beginning. Dress comfortably in layers. Exam room temperatures may vary, as do individual preferences. Special note to computer candidates: Candidates may not bring personal items into the room. A locker will be provided for purses, briefcases, and heavy coats. That means for the first 3 modules, having at least 55 right answers; for module 4, having 75 right answers.
